As a Head of the Organization, Mr. Damodar Rao spearheads the direction of the company, under his operations & leadership the company has been going on tremendous growth Day By Day, and has come to be known for organizational ability in Development, recruitment, Spy-Wing, and Relationship Management. Mr.Damodar Rao guides the company processes and functioning through his base chant of “Smart Work, Zoom Quality, for Unique Solution” , the other chant is "Demanding Demands” , the two chants are paralleled to reach high ends.

Sridevi.T., heads for the company for technical & business solutions. She is also responsible for global client acquisition while enhancing the core client intimacy factor.
As part of the founding members’ team, Sridevi.T., has been instrumental in re-branding and recreating the HQZ strategy. she has focused on client relationships to enhance the quality of engagements and create multi-level relationships. She has helped recreate the Customer Relationship Model, moving away from purely transactional projects to getting turnkey businesses.
Sridevi.T.,worked as Dy.Mgr to an Indian MNC( Level-5) , before tie-up with HQZ Solutions, Her career starts as a programmer and then moving as Head to the Research and Development .
Madhusudhan Rao ( MBA.,Mkt ) ADMIN & Financial Incharge
He got his degree from Andhra University, Vizag and also have 10 yrs Exp on Banking sector, he started his career as Executive and he re-leaved his duties as a Manager, he worked on many banks , like ICICI, HDFC, SCB, and Indus Bank.
Mr . Ramana MBA(HR)

Ramana holds an MS from USA. He has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. Ramana is responsible for Human Capital Management including Recruitment, Facilities and Logistics Management at HQZ. He is working in Texas, USA, many achievements to his credit in recruiting and HR functions for USA/UK/CANADA.
